    Never deliver parcels to where they are addressed to. They take the senders money then make the addressee go to their depot to collect. Basically theft.

    I refuse to drive almost 50 kilometres to collect a parcel that has been addressed to my home address
    not Chapple Street, I have paid a rate of postage to have my mail sent to where I live.
