  This place is always so friendly and helpfull, they have a great range of items for everyone if you are looking for that something special, and don't want to spend a lot of money. Their range of secondhand items and clothing are very reasonable.

  I visited the store on Thurs 6/8/20. I didn't realise they were minutes from closing. Once the 3 staff standing at the register saw me, I had my arms full with clothes and bric-a-brac, they looked surprised and told me they were closed. Closed within the last few minutes (2pm). The one staff who was counting the cash in her hands, mentioned one of the others had walked through the store to find any remaining shoppers and she confirmed she had. The staff with the cash apparently had asked her, "Has the Asian lady left?" and they all thought that I must have. (I have the appearance of an Asian, but the language and lifetime of an Australian born.) The one with cash informed me that unless I had cash, I wouldn't be able to purchase the items I had chosen. I only had a credit/debit card and she said that couldn't happen. I left the $30+ of items at the register and said, "It wasn't meant to be". I went to another op shop in town to spend my money.

  EXPENSIVE.!! Prices too high, like new.. Donated not new!!Staff didn't care.. $7-$8 mens polo shirt- there're only $9.00 brand new at Lowe's. Shorts @$6..

  Supposed to be a charity but sell more new furniture than used and at new prices. When asked for assistance when needed was turned away and told they don’t do that anymore. Lifeline is no longer a charity, they have been one a retail store

  Picked up an item with two different prices on it I expected to be charged the cheaper one, but I was felt like I had been acussed of sticking a cheaper price on it by the lady behind the counter, paid the dearer price because Iiked the item. I'm not a lover of lifeline stores as their items are over priced compared to other opp shops you can go to kmart and buy new for near the same price on stuff.
