- Leonie Menz Added January 06, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This company is great when they want your business but when you need a warranty claim they don't want to know you. For 9 weeks we get told "someone will call you tomorrow" but tomorrow never comes and now we have a power bill from Ergon for $631 and still no closer on what is happening. We thought we would support local instead of getting cheaper outside of Gladstone but would be nice if the local business also look after their local and loyal customers. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
